About the Company

Indirapuram Public School is a CBSE Girls School in Patna which aims to provide quality education to its students. They strive to provide a prime academic standard to its students through various activities, class-apart education, and best educators. 

Pain Point

While the organization has been providing education, they wanted to create more awareness about themselves and rank better on the search engines. 

Objective

To solve the issue of IPS Patna, there were few objectives set as: 

  1. Ranking on the first page of SERP on keywords
  2. Boosting website traffic
  3. Increasing brand awareness
  4. On-page optimization to improve the website structure and visibility on search engine
  5. Off-page link building activities to promote the website on multiple relevant platforms.

Strategy

The entire strategy can be divided into three steps: 

  • Understanding Technical Aspects 

The first few steps start with getting insight into the technical elements of the business like their website, existing presence over online platforms. A brief study was done on the TG of the school and the website. After that, technical aspects were inspected with the use of various online technical aspect tools like GT Matrix, Search Console, etc. 

On doing the technical audit, we found out that there were many elements missing from the website some of which were OG tags, Twitter Card, Canonical tags, Sitemaps.xml, alt logo, etc. 

  • Creation Of Strategy

The next step included the creation of action steps like keywords research as per the client and competitors. It also included various on-page and off-page activities that would be done in order to achieve all objectives. 

The various things set to work on the SEO strategy were:

  • On-Page Seo Activity

Target keywords in Meta Titles and Meta Descriptions, alts of all images on every page of the website. 

  • Off-page SEO Activity

Some of the Off-Page activities that were planned were:

At this stage, we put all the planning into action. Suggested technical issues were forwarded to the developer’s team and all the changes were made. Our team started to work on the on and off-page activities to ensure that every keyword was smartly focused upon. 

Result

With the SEO services and strategy provided by us, Indirapuram public school was able to grow in the customer’s mind. After the magic done by experts at Orionators, the brand witnessed rankings on SERP (search engine result page).

Before Orionators, the keywords were ranking nowhere but due to constant efforts by the teams, now many keywords rank on page one. Also, some keywords rank on top five for IPS Patna.
